The Learning Lane Gallery, which leads to the Learning Center, has community-sponsored exhibits on display throughout the year. The Learning Center provides accessible technology for educational forums and activities, complete with Internet access and classrooms. The Daffodil Suite Computer Lab has public access to the Internet, e-mail, and the Microsoft® Office package. Meeting spaces are available for conferences, classes, luncheons, receptions, and other social functions.
The 20,000-square-foot, full-service Fitness Center includes free weights, cardio equipment, a suspended jogging track, spinning and group exercise studios, as well as nutrition, personal training, massage, and fitness assessment programs.
The Field House features a 200-meter, six-lane, oval indoor track, pole vault runways, high jump pits, and shot put areas, with a seating capacity of 3,500.
The Aquatic Center features a 50-meter, Olympic-size competition pool and diving area. Additionally, the Leisure Pool has water slides, various splash features, and a spa area. Wet classrooms and seating for 900 add to the experience.
The 25,000-square-foot Gymnastics Center provides a world-class venue for competition and training, a wide variety of tumbling and gymnastics classes for all levels, and seating for 900 spectators.
The Children’s Center, located on the lower level of the building, offers a variety of activities, plus an outdoor playground, for those ages 2 to 12 years. Supervised childcare is offered to the children of adult patrons using the facility.
Adjacent to the facility are the complex’s outdoor venues. These include a lighted, 400-meter, eight-lane outdoor track, along with a regulation football, soccer and lacrosse field, a stadium support building complete with team meeting space, visitor and home team locker rooms, and a concessions area. The stadium has permanent seating for 5,500. The Festival Field, a 500-square- foot grassy area, and the Upper Field are perfect for community festivals, corporate events and family reunions.
