Meeting Rooms

There are a variety of rooms available for meeting space rental including the Landover Room, the Bluebird Room, and Town Hall. Contact staff in the Event Services Department at 301-583-2670 for a rental application for your special event, or download a rental application here.

Meeting Room Amenities

Every meeting room has a private entrance, as well as accessibility to elevators and ADA-approved restrooms. On-site catering can help with your catering needs.

Audio Visual Amenities

Use of LCD projectors, infrared pointers, projection screens, white boards, flip charts and easels from the Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex is available to those who rent meeting rooms here.

Computer Lab Amenities

(No food or beverages are allowed in the labs.) Computer labs feature first-rate space with state-of-the-art technology. Each lab is equipped with fifteen (15) student workstations. Computers run on Windows XP operating system and use Microsoft Office® Professional software. Each lab includes a teacher's station, T1 internet access, laser printer, LCD projector, white board, and telephone.
