It combines body movements, breathing, and mental relaxation to build strength, relieve stress, and to maintain health and well-being. Learn basic moves to strengthen your body, increase flexibility, and free your mind. Classes may be canceled due to inclement weather or wet grounds. Please call 301-927-0822 prior to class for weather-related cancellations. No registration required. Yoga in the Parks classes are open to ages 13 and up.
