The Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex's Youth and Community Events holds a variety of classes, holiday events, Kids Day Out field trips, and Summer Camps. Residents of all ages come to the Complex to enjoy annual events like Hallowfun Night, Black History informational workshops, Mother's Day Pampering, first class vendors exhibits for Christmas shopping and festive summer market place. "Home Is Where The Heart Is" - A Michael McCorkle Stage Play
(sponsored by the Prince George's Sports and Learning Center)
A successor to stories like "A Raisin In The Sun" and "Soul Food", "Home Is Where The Heart Is" is an original story and contemporary Gospel stage play about the "Anderson" Family and their strength that comes from the love they share for each other and their home. After years of moving away from each other to pursue their careers and own lives, three siblings, Angela, Ayana and Joseph, Jr. reunite when they return home together.

Fitness Assessments (by appointment)
This scientific testing format helps determine one's fitness level. It aids in establishing a safe and appropriate exercise-training program while providing baseline information to chart your progress. Two types of assessments are offered - basic and deluxe. Call staff for more information. No drop-ins; please call for an appointment.
Ages 13 & up
Fee: Basic test $15, Deluxe test $25
Basic & deluxe tests: $15/seniors ages 60 & up

Gymnastics Workshops
Looking for a fun activity for your children? Need them to burn some energy? Bring them to the Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex for our gymnastics workshops. The workshops are open play time for your children to explore gymnastics in a safe and fun environment. Please be aware, these workshops are not structured, taught classes; but open play! Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Ages Walking to 12 years.
(Maximum 3 children to 1 adult) Parents required to be on the floor with the children.
Fee: $6 per child
