    PERSONAL TRAINING

    Personal Training is an individualized fitness program designed to help each client reach their specific health/fitness goals and objectives. Our Personal Trainers are nationally certified and have a wide range of experience to meet your fitness needs. Personal trainer bios can be viewed on this website. One-on-one training, as well as, Buddy (two people, one trainer), and Team (4-6 people, one trainer) training is available. We offer personal training packages and monthly specials for your convenience.

    PERSONAL TRAINING RATES

    1 Hour Session Packages
    1 session: $45(M); $60(NM)
    3 sessions: $130(M); $170(NM)
    5 sessions: $200(M); $275(NM)
    10 sessions: $375(M); $500(NM)
    30 sessions: $1050(M); $1350(NM)

    Half-Hour Session Packages
    5 sessions: $150(M); $195(NM)
    10 sessions: $275(M); $350(NM)

    Buddy Session Packages
    5 sessions: $340(M); $410(NM)
    10 sessions: $650(M); $725(NM)

    Team Training Session Packages
    1 session: $25(M) per person; $35(NM) per person

    General Information

  • To receive the member rate, you must have a valid
        membership at the time of purchase.
  • A Buddy Session is two people working with one trainer
        at the same time. Approximately 1 hour.
  • A Team Training Session is 4-6 people working with one
        trainer at the same time. Approximately 1 hour.
